Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your kainai piece. If not, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Email kainaistudio@gmail.com with your name and order number to begin.

Returns incur a £5 processing fee, deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges are free to process, but return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Returns sent outside the 14-day window may be refused or issued as store credit.

Delivery

UK delivery: 3–5 working days
UK express: 1–2 working days
International: 5–10 working days

All orders ship from London via Royal Mail.

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Orders

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this, orders may already be processed.

Warranty

If your item has a defect, email us within 7 days of delivery.

We will repair or replace eligible items within 6 months of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
